Fiunding
The 2 LEAPs installed in 2015 at GENESIS - GPM Rouen have been founded by the Région Haute-Normandie in the framework of "Appel à Projets Energie", the CREA (now, Métropole Rouen Normandie) and the labex EMC3.
An upgrade of the LEAP 4000 XHR was perfored in 2022 in the framework of project GENESIS+ and an upgrade of the LEAP 4000 HR was performed in 2023 in the framework of project SATUP. Both projects GENESIS+ and SATUP have been co-funded by the European Union thanks to the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Région Normandie.
